Tenancy Application

Western Plains Real Estate does not charge fees for tenancy applications, background checks, or preparation of tenancy agreements. These charges are prohibited under the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW). Tenants may apply in writing to keep a pet. The landlord must respond within 21 days — if no response is received, the request is taken as approved under NSW law.
